On June 30, 2009 the Benton County Planning Commission voted to approve a Preliminary Plat that will subdivide Tract A into 7 new lots at Wren Hill Estates.
This development will include an extension of Goshawk Ln, above the reservoir, an additional 750’ to the northwest and will terminate with a permanent cul-de-sac. The extended road will be public and constructed to Benton County standards with a finish surface of 24’ matching the existing Goshawk Ln.. Detailed construction drawings for the road and other infrastructure improvements are in preparation and will require approval by Benton County Public Works.
In early 2010 Wren Hill Development Co. will acquire the necessary constructions permits, submit the construction drawings for approval and issue bid packages to qualified construction companies. We hope to have a construction company under contract by April and start construction in May. The major work should be completed by July and final plat approval obtained. Lot sales will commence shortly thereafter.
Tract A will offer lots with spectacular panoramic views and others with secluded meadow settings and will be the last major tract of land within the subdivision to be developed. Please contact Jacque Lusk at Keller Williams for a plat map showing the lot locations and other details regarding this exciting new development.
